In this article the author propose the need to analyse and rebuild the language
of spaces from an educational perspective, with the aim to make visible alternative
ways to interpret the world of education and its role in the construction
of identities and of an integrated society. Therefore, the text presents firstly
the understanding of the space variable from certain disciplines and shows
the different nuances given from the field of Pedagogy. Then it is presented
the so-called Pedagogy of spaces as a field of research and educational action.
In a first level the author analyse the fundaments which explain the Pedagogy
of spaces as educational counselling; in a second level some vectors which
allows to understand different ways of giving dynamism to the educability of
spaces are concretised; and in a third level, it is presented the projection of
this new understanding in the intercultural educational practice. The conclusion
is that recuperate and value the feeling of identity and the relation of the
spaces imply to postulate intercultural educational principles.
